WORK

 

Who you'll be working with:

  • Report directly to the Pricing Manager
  • Partner with other analysts, coordinators and admins to compose the pricing team
  • Our Sales team members across the country

 

How you'll contribute to the team:

  • Pricing Coordinator jobs are responsible for the calculation, modification, implementation and overall administration of pricing and billing processes for our U.S. and Canadian customers
  • Be a member of the Pricing team involved in day-to-day price related requests, price maintenance and price communication to both internal and external customers            
  • Ownership of on-going price management within assigned customer group including appropriate customer communications
    • Price calculation, editing, preparation, implementation and communication
    • Ensuring accurate pricing within all systems and files
    • Prompt research and resolution of price discrepancies/claims
    • Correct price related issues and resolve incomplete orders
    • Process price exceptions within approvals, and escalating when necessary
  • Utilize business systems to extract, manipulate, and modify data into customer-ready format
  • Understand existing pricing methodology to identify where price leakage may occur and escalate as needed
  • Work with Pricing Analysts on special project assignments
  • Strengthen business practice effectiveness through ongoing process improvements including:
    • Automation of manual processes within Excel
    • Simplification and elimination of redundant tasks
    • Creating new methods to achieve same or improved result

 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with 1+ years related experience
  • Experience in Excel to navigate and complete basic data-oriented tasks
  • Mathematical skills to compute pricing discounts, margins, currency conversion, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, as well as independently
  • Strong verbal, written, and in-person communication skills appropriate for any level of an organization
  • Strong problem solving skills with aptitude to learn analytical skills

 

We'll be excited if you have:

  • Expertise in Excel including advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access to maintain custom queries
  • Experience using pricing systems and applications, Business Intelligence reporting, and order-to-cash business processes

Pricing Coordinator Salary: $40,000 - $52,000 base salary plus 5% bonus, based on experience
