Who you’ll be working with:

  • Reports directly to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager
  • Maintenance team and dedicated plant engineers
  • Operators across the facility


How you’ll contribute to the team:

  • Lead daily activities of the maintenance department and oversees contractor activities
  • Be the front line leader to the maintenance organization, driving performance improvement
  • Own projects and studies of significant importance, scope, and complexity
  • Oversee plant storeroom operations
  • Provide input and implement improvements in maintenance systems to improve reliability
  • Drive reliability in plant infrastructure equipment
  • Participate in Kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve material flow as we strive to improve our processes and reduce waste
  • Thrive in a fast paced and dynamic manufacturing environment


What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Skilled trades experience
  • 3-5 years maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Planning and scheduling background


We’ll be excited if you have:

  • Previous experience with multi-craft unionized workforce
  • Prior experience working in a 24 hr / day continuous flow operation
  • Familiarity working with predictive maintenance programs or plant infrastructure support such as air compressors, incinerators, boilers, chillers, water towers, scrubbers, and thermal oil systems
  • Experience with SAP
